The Official Opening of the Academic Year takes place every year at Aula Magna, one of the most beautiful auditoriums in the country. This ceremony marks the beginning of the academic year for all ULisboa community.
After the ceremony, there's a party. It starts at 6pm and ends only after sunset.
Falso Nove is an indie rock project sung in Portuguese. In their songs, they explore themes such as loneliness, anxiety, uncertainty, memory, or the inconsistencies of the reality that surrounds them.
Due to the different paths and musical influences of each of its members, they do not limit their creative process to typical indie rock sounds, using resources from classical, jazz, traditional Portuguese music, or post-rock to give body to each song. The group approaches creation as a musical journey, telling a story throughout each song.
Performance of Tunas of the Schools of the University of Lisbon
Two musicians, one from Gaia, the other from Chelas. Between the two, a story of dedication to the cause of rhymes and beats to the point that both are synonymous with hip hop.
Deejay Kamala is one of the top references in national Dj'ing. He is the only artist curated at the 2 main festivals in Portugal (considered by specialized critics to be among the best in the world) Nos Alive & Rock In Rio. He is the first DJ to present a show in his own name in the most emblematic venue in the country: Lisbon Coliseum.
This is just the preface to a 20-year career, which has traveled to several countries - Brazil, Angola, Holland, Spain - and shared stages with some of the best national artists - Boss Ac, Sam The Kid, HMB, Expensive Soul , Regula, Valete, Richie Campbell, Agir - and international ones - Steve Aoki, Rita Ora, Tiefschwartz, De La Soul, Afrika Bambaataa - among many others.
He is the creator and mentor of the Radio-Hotel & Bosq clubs, as well as the urban concept “Sweet” and the innovative Dj Kamala 360 (a private party in Lisbon for the World). With two turntables and a mixing board, Deejay Kamala makes Hip-Hop the starting point for a journey of music and party without barriers of style.
The image of plastic cups on the floor at the end of the party is a thing of the past. ULisboa offers reusable cups for €1. Anyone who wants can bring their own glass marked with 20cl.

This is an official ULisboa event and photographic and videographic recordings will be made of it for institutional communication purposes.
Enrolments are made entirely online. The first stage takes place from august 28th.
The first step is to get a user account of ULisboa or of your School. You have received, or will receive, a message with instructions to sign up. Then, with your account, you can register directly in the academic system of the School where you will enrol.

Are you a 1st year/1st time student? Then you know that we have a welcome kit to offer you so you can enjoy the University to the fullest!
Keep an eye on your email because you will receive a QR code that you will have to present at the Rectory between 11:00 am and 5:30 pm in exchange for your kit.
The presentation of the QR code is mandatory.

Activate your voucher on the cashier when you pay. Offer expires on 30/12/2023.
Cantina Velha
1 per student/activity. Includes free access to the swimming pool, the gym/studio.
Upon services' availability. If you wish to use the swimming pool, you must bring a swimming cap and also a lycra bathing suit. To use the gym, you must bring clean sneakers and proper sportswear. You will need to show your identification. Compulsory insurance payment required (€1.18). Lockers are available using an up to 4mm lock. Offer expires on 30/12/2023
Estádio Universitário - Swimming Pool Complex
1 per student/activity. Mandatory registration upon services' availability at geral@academiadegolfedelisboa.pt (subject to availability and at least 48 hours in advance).
Up to 4 people can enjoy these classes at the same time. If only one student registers, they will have a 30-minute class. Class times: Mondays: 14:00-15:00, Fridays: 14:00-15:00. Offer expires on 23/12/2023

1 per student/activity (through space in the chosen class)
You must bring clean sneakers and proper sportswear. You will need to show your identification. Compulsory insurance payment required (€1.18). Offer expires on 30/12/2023
